The ideal candidate will bring: ● Strong compliance knowledge of country-specific labor laws, taxation, and statutory obligations. ● Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms like SAP, Workday, or ADP, along with integrations to HRIS, Time & Attendance, and Benefits systems. ● Proven ability to manage international vendors, track SLAs, and optimize processes through automation and standardization. ● Financial acumen to handle reconciliations, audits, and payroll cost analysis. ● Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams and senior leadership. ● Experience in leading payroll teams, building scalable SOPs, and driving continuous improvement in a complex, global environment.
