Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Advertising Account Manager is based in Mumbai with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The primary responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring effective communication with clients, and understanding their advertising and marketing needs. The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, provide excellent customer service, and drive strategic initiatives to achieve marketing and sales objectives. They will also identify business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships. QualificationsAccount Management and Customer Service experience to manage relationships and maintain high client satisfactionStrong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent messagingSales and Marketing expertise to identify opportunities, develop strategic campaigns, and drive measurable resultsProven leadership and organizational skills to manage projects and meet deadlines efficientlyProblem-solving ability and creative thinking to address client challenges and deliver impactful advertising solutionsRelevant experience in healthcare advertising is an advantageBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
