Senior Executive Purchase (Surgical & Medical Devices)

Serturner is looking for a driven Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of surgical consumables and medical devices across our operations. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and zero stock-outs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for surgicals & devicesNegotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to optimize costsEnsure procurement meets quality, compliance, and regulatory standardsPlan and maintain inventory levels (min/max, reorder points)Coordinate closely with medical and operations teams for demand planningTrack orders, deliveries, GRNs, and resolve supply issues proactivelyMonitor vendor performance and build reliable supplier relationshipsRequirements:2–5 years experience in medical/surgical procurement (hospital, clinic, or veterinary setup)Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skillsGood understanding of surgical consumables & medical devicesComfortable with inventory systems/Excel (Zoho experience is a plus)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedWhat We’re Looking For:Someone who can balance cost with quality, move fast, and take ownership of procurement with minimal supervision.
