The role includes:Establish credibility of our business through science-based communication, medical channel activities, digital activation and clinical research to establish Danone’s expertise in Adult Nutrition amongst HCPs/KOLs. Build alliances and expand networks with key medical associations, policy and decision makers, and medical experts as part of market shaping initiative and build Danone’s credibility.Persuasively present Danone’s position and deliver proactive and impactful internal & external communication being recognized as a thought leader in the field. Work in close collaboration with the India and global Nutritional science teams to maximize alignment, support & business impact. Scientific CommunicationDevelop, support and review scientific content and communications for HCPs in collaboration with Strategy team.Responsible for effective translation of scientific knowledge and insights into educational content and communication in the form of Detailing Aid, Scientific Presentation, product claims etc. Assure credible, ethical & scientifically sound messages are aligned across function/ business, communication channels and target audiences to maximize opportunity, sustain company credibility and minimize risks. Identify, analyze, follow competitor activities in trends relevant to our categories and propose suitable communication pointers. Evidence GenerationLead digital tools for adults and generate RWE.Plan and organize research activities in collaboration with KOLs or third Party agency to generate local data and analysis to establish strong and reliable evidence that substantiate claims serving the value proposition.Generate data from clinical trials, real world studies and health economic analyses to support HCPs prescription and advocacy to improve nutrition and patient care ComplianceReview & approve communication via CVM process on nutrition and product information for HCPs and Consumers. Ensure communication is strong, compelling & justified by scientific evidence.Ensure compliance in working with our external stakeholders. Ensure product and claim compliance by assessing the medical messaging and product composition. Ensure all promotional materials and activities in the CBU are in-line with local and regional legislations and regulations.Key StakeholdersInternal Strategy team (Claim generation): To plan technical support needed, prepare scientific claim and content and conduct training & TTT in line with marketing strategies and conceptMSLs and RTM: To collaborate educational initiatives and support real world evidence generation and health economic dataRegulatory affairs: To be part of CVM process as a scientific reviewer and provide scientific information for new product registrationIndia and GLOBAL MNS team: To provide local updates, obtain global direction and collaboration with global teamExternalKOL - Speaker: To co-build medical presentations for HCP eventsKOL – Principal investigator: To follow up progress of evidence generation project / researchKOL – Advisory board member: To obtain consultation and/or consensus / protocol developmentCandidate ProfileMBBS, Master’s degree or PhD in Nutrition & Dietetics, Master’s in food science, Pharmacy or any related fields with a flair for Nutrition.At least 8 years of work experience in nutrition and pharmaceutical companies and 3-5 years of work experience as a people managerExperience in market access for nutrition/pharmaceutical products, including payer engagement, reimbursement pathways, and policy alignment.Good proficiency with digital assetsExperience in regional level and global level will be preferred
