We're expanding across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.---**The Role**We're looking for a clinically sharp, intellectually curious doctor who can translate complex regenerative science into clear, personalized patient plans. You'll own the consultation experience end-to-end — from assessment and therapy matching to delivery coordination, follow-up, and outcomes — while upholding the highest standard of patient trust and clinical ethics.This role is equal parts clinical and relational. You'll be the face of ALIV for our patients.---**What You'll Do****Clinical Assessment & Therapy Planning**- Conduct structured consultations: history-taking, lifestyle assessment, lab review, risk stratification, and therapy plan creation- Match patients to the right ALIV protocols — IV therapies, PRP/PRFM, and cell-based options — based on goals and clinical fit- Develop deep working knowledge of ALIV's therapy stack: indications, contraindications, sequencing, and expected outcomes- Stay current on regenerative medicine evidence; contribute to ongoing protocol refinement**Patient Communication & Counseling**- Break down complex science into clear, empathetic language tailored to each patient- Address concerns, misconceptions, and FAQs with accuracy and confidence- Offer tiered plans aligned to patient readiness — without pressure, without oversimplification**Clinical Coordination**- Prepare nursing staff ahead of each session: protocols, dosing, pre/post instructions, and escalation points- Be available during therapy delivery for clinical support and real-time adjustments- Maintain continuity across the full patient journey: pre-visit → therapy → aftercare → follow-up**Outcomes & Continuity**- Review patient response; adjust plans where needed- Ensure follow-ups are completed and documented; proactively re-engage patients who drop off- Identify appropriate next steps: maintenance, upgrades, or referrals**Documentation & Quality**- Maintain accurate, complete records in EMR/CRM: consult notes, therapy plans, labs, consents, and outcomes- Adhere to ALIV's clinical SOPs and ethical communication standards- Participate in internal case discussions, training sessions, and audits**Clinic Feedback Loop**- Share regular insights with the clinical and marketing teams on patient objections, conversion patterns, and therapy fit- Help ensure marketing messaging reflects real clinical realities---**What We're Looking For**- MBBS, BHMS, BAMS required; MD or postgraduate training a plus- 1–4 years of clinical experience (ER, ICU, anaesthesia, internal medicine, or wellness settings preferred)- Genuine interest in longevity, functional health, and regenerative medicine- Strong communication in English; Hindi or Marathi a plus- Calm under pressure, ethically grounded, and deeply patient-first- Comfortable with a 6-day on-site schedule and full ownership of patient outcomes---**Why ALIV**You'll work at the forefront of a fast-growing segment of healthcare — with real clinical autonomy, a high-caliber team, and the opportunity to help build what regenerative wellness looks like in India.---Want me to tighten any section further, adjust tone, or add a compensation/perks block?
