Trainer Audiologist

We are in the screening process for “Trainer Audiologist” professionals for a Leading Medical Device Company Company : Medical Device Company (Hearing Aids).Location : MumbaiPosition : Trainer AudiologistExp : Fresher/Experience Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and diagnostics (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem response, for patients of all ages).Interpret test results, identify hearing, and formulate appropriate management or referral plans.Fit, program, and verify hearing aids, counsel patients and their families on device use, maintenance, and communication strategies.Maintain detailed and accurate patient records: assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, follow-ups.Collaborate with ENT surgeons, speech therapists, pediatricians, other allied health professionals for multidisciplinary care.Keep audiology equipment calibrated and up to date; ensure test environment meets standardsParticipate in outreach, screening camps, awareness programs.Engage in continuous professional development, stay updated with advances in audiology, assist in training junior staff/interns as applicableMonitor and plan raw materials required for existing and future orders in coordination with the purchase department.Essential:Proven clinical experience in audiology (adults + pediatrics) ideally 1-3 years.Sound knowledge of diagnostic audiology, hearing aid technology, assistivedevices, and audiological rehabilitation.Excellent patient counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize caseloads, work in team‐based healthcare environment.
