Location: Powai and/or Andheri, MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Schedule: 6 days/week (In-clinic role)Joining: ImmediateAbout MitsuMitsu is building a modern, accessible mental health platform that combines in-clinic care with digital programs to improve access to high-quality mental healthcare.Learn more about us:Clinic• App• Google Play: App Store: OverviewWe are looking for a Clinical / Counseling Psychologist to join our growing clinic in Powai and/or Andheri, Mumbai.You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, delivering structured, evidence-based care while contributing to Mitsu’s broader mission of making mental healthcare more accessible.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct individual therapy sessions (in-person and virtual)Develop case formulations and structured treatment plansCollaborate with psychiatrists and clinical team members for integrated careParticipate in supervision and case discussionsConduct psychological assessments and report writingContribute to workshops, webinars, and psychoeducation initiativesEligibility:For Clinical Psychologist - M.Phil in Clinical Psychology with a valid RCI Registration + 2–6 years of experience post M.Phil (clinic experience preferred)For Counseling Psychologist - M.A./M.Sc in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from a recognized institution + 2–6 years of experience post MA/MSc (clinic experience preferred)Skills & AttributesStrong understanding of DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic frameworksTraining in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, ACT, EFT, Transactional Analysis, etc.Interest in integrating clinical care with technology-enabled mental health solutionsSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environmentAbility to take ownership and grow within a fast-evolving organizationLocation RequirementOnly Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.What you can expect at MitsuA supportive, clinically grounded team cultureStructured supervision and regular case discussionsExposure to both therapy practice and the evolving digital mental health ecosystemOpportunity to work with a diverse and growing clinical caseloadLong-term growth opportunities within a structured mental health platformCompensationCompetitive fixed compensation with structured growth based on skills and experience.How to ApplyInterested candidates may apply directly on LinkedIn or send their updated CV to Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email for the next steps in the selection process.
