Role SummaryThe Regional Commercial Lead is responsible for driving commercial strategy across multiple markets within the IMEA Region for Medical Devices and Engineered Polymers businesses. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring consistent customer engagement and superior business outcomes. The position requires strong leadership in driving Sales and Technical teams to deliver transformational growth through partners and customers engagement, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional strategies for Engineered Polymer and Medical Devices in IMEATranslate global strategies into actionable regional plans and ensure seamless execution in the regionDevelop and implement channel strategies including distributor channel management for IMEA region across MD& EP businessesLead weekly, monthly and annual sales tracking cadence to ensure target deliveryLead and manage annual sales target development processes for AOP developmentDirect the technical marketing team for new opportunity identification for Medical PolymersSupervise Medical Polymers sales operation, stock planning, customer projects and growth initiativesManage senior level relationships with key customers and industry expertsMonitor CRM compliance and other system related compliancesBuild and lead a high-performing, diverse team that is agile and future-ready.Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):Engineering graduate, MBA preferred12-18 years’ experience in sales, including 3 years in commercial leadership in similar organizationsStrategy development and implementation experienceSpecialty chemicals, Engineered Polymers or Medical devices experienceStrategic thinking skill, People leadership experienceProblem solving, analytical skills
