Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HR/ER strategies aligned with business objectivesAct as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances and field issuesConduct review meetings with Managers and Medical RepresentativesDraft disciplinary letters and manage disciplinary proceedingsHandle field industrial relations matters including coordination with police stations, labour authorities, and advocatesConduct domestic inquiries for field employeesTrack and review legal cases and coordinate with advocatesEnsure compliance with labour laws across IndiaManage and monitor compliance dashboardsImplement effective HR/ER systems, procedures, and field strategiesExperience Requirement7–10 years of core experience in Field Force ManagementCandidates from FMCG or Banking industry can also be consideredMust have hands-on experience in managing ER/IR mattersExperience in maintaining industrial peace for field sales employeesExposure to handling field employee relations and grievance management preferredQualificationMaster’s Degree in Human Resources / MILS / LLB
