Client Assessment & ConsultationConduct detailed nutrition assessments including dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and goalsReview body composition, lab reports (where available), and symptom patternsIdentify nutritional gaps, intolerances, and behavioural patterns affecting health2. Personalised Nutrition PlanningCreate customised meal plans aligned with client goals (weight management, metabolic health, gut health, energy, recovery, etc.)Adapt plans based on cultural preferences, work schedules, and sustainabilityEnsure nutrition plans are realistic, flexible, and non-restrictive3. Ongoing Monitoring & AdjustmentsTrack progress through regular check-ins, feedback, and outcome metricsModify nutrition strategies based on response, adherence, and changing needsSupport clients during plateaus, lifestyle changes, or health fluctuations4. Education & Behavioural SupportEducate clients on food choices, portioning, hydration, and mindful eatingAddress emotional eating patterns and food-related stress where relevantEmpower clients to build long-term, healthy relationships with food5.
