Job Responsibilities:Develop Hematology Reagents.Develop ampoule standards for Electrolyte reagents.Validation of Coagulation reagents.Buffer preparation and maintenance of lab instruments specially conductivity and pH meterPrepare documents like SOPs, MFR, BMR, test license and manufacturing license.Preferred candidate profile :Qualification : M.Tech (Biotechology / Biochemistry / Microbiology)5 - 8 years of experience in working on Hematology and Coagulation Projects.Hands on experience in handling Flow cytometer & Electrolyte AnalyzersGood knowledge of blood cell characteristics and types of blood cancer
