Our flagship product,MirrorMate 2.0 , utilizes advanced computer vision and AI to convert a 30-second face scan into early indicators associated with over 40 medical and wellness conditions. We aim to make weekly self-health-checks as easy as taking a selfie—and help clinicians identify risks earlier. We are now expanding our operations in India for large-scale user acquisition and clinical research. Role: Digital Marketing & AI Operations Specialist (Mumbai – Hybrid) This role is ideal for someone sharp, tech-savvy, and energetic with strong digital marketing instincts. You must be comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools for marketing, automation, content generation, and user engagement. You will help drive app adoption, assist in participant recruitment for India and U.S. studies, and work directly with founders on high-impact projects. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth Create and manage social media content, short videos, and digital campaigns for user acquisition. Run targeted campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp-based funnels). Work with influencers, colleges, clinics, and community groups to drive downloads and sign-ups. Participant Recruitment (India + U.S. studies) Execute outreach campaigns to recruit study participants (general users + specific condition groups). Coordinate onboarding, follow-ups, reminders, and user support. Maintain structured records and ensure clean, high-quality data. AI & Product Operations Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, analytics tools) to streamline communication and marketing workflows. Draft scripts, prompts, message flows, and chatbot content. Test app features and provide product feedback for continuous improvement. Coordination & Communication Work with internal teams, India study coordinators, and U.S. advisors. Prepare short reports, dashboards, and weekly summaries. Assist with outreach to hospitals, clinics, or research groups when needed. QualificationsRequired Strong digital marketing skills with the ability to create compelling content. High proficiency in using AI tools for marketing, automation, and content generation. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi/Gujarati a plus). Fast learner with strong initiative and the ability to work independently. Comfortable managing outreach, follow-ups, and multi-step workflows. Nice to Have (Optional) Experience interacting with hospitals, clinics, or research settings. Awareness of how clinical studies or participant recruitment works. Experience with analytics dashboards or paid ad campaigns. Education Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields. (Skill, attitude, and execution ability are what matter most.)
