Brand Leadership & P&L Ownership Chart the brand’s growth roadmap, balancing premium positioning with profitability. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless online + offline brand experiences. Take charge of the brand P&L — driving topline growth while optimizing spends. 2. Digital-First Growth & AI-Driven Marketing Spearhead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube with a sharp eye on ROI.
