Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/Equity Advisors to achieve acquisition and revenue targets. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to strengthen the client acquisition pipeline. Ensure team achieves monthly/quarterly targets forDEMAT & Trading account openings . Drive cross-selling ofThird-Party Products (TPP)– Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, etc. Support the team injoint client meetingsand resolving escalations promptly.Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge ofequity market, DEMAT & Trading operations, and wealth management products .
