Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontist to join our dental manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Removable Prosthetics, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to ensure the production of high-quality dental restorations. This role involves technical expertise, training of technicians, quality control, and coordination with international clients to meet global standards and client requirements.Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses. Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency. Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards. Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.  Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement. Preparing and Implementing of new SOP's.Qualifications & Skills: MDS in Prosthodontics. Minimum 0–6 years of relevant experience Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses. Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
