Hybrid role with on-site requirement (located in Santacruz, Mumbai). It involves contributing to the development, testing and operations of innovative medical devices within a dynamic start-up environment. The engineer will engage in multiple stages of the product life cycle, from design, prototyping to quality assurance, thus supporting the creation of safe and effective healthcare solutions. Candidates with 0–4 years in industry are encouraged to apply. Salary commensurate with experienceResponsibilities Perform 3D printing and rapid prototyping to develop and iterate medical device components Conduct quality validation testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Assist in assembly and operations for medical device productionQualifications Expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles Experience in Research and Development (R&D) Experience in V&V and Quality Testing Skills in Failure Analysis Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Understanding of manufacturing & operations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Design, or a related field Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
