We have an urgent requirement for Key Account Manager Total years of Experience - 12-15 years Market understanding - US Market (With K12) Domain - Ed -Tech Location - Mumbai / Chennai Core Responsibilities: Customer Insight & Foresight Anticipate evolving customer needs and translate insights into internal strategies. Solution Ownership Design impactful, cross-functional solutions tailored to customer challenges. Strategic Influence Offer proactive business insights that strengthen the customer’s market position. Account Growth & Profitability Drive revenue expansion and maintain margins through account mining and opportunity creation. Delivery Governance Oversee execution, track project health, and ensure seamless delivery in coordination with operations. Relationship Leadership Build and maintain trust across all customer levels—from operational stakeholders to the C-suite. Contact Matrix Management Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence. Cross-Functional Alignment Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration. Time & Priority Management Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation. Key Accountabilities Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts. Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams. Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals. Consult For Key team changes impacting delivery. Leadership changes within client organizations. Major client feedback—positive or negative. Inform For Significant delivery issues or project delays. Resource gaps threatening timelines. Exit of critical internal delivery team members.
