Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontist to join our dental manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Removable Prosthetics, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to ensure the production of high-quality dental restorations. This role involves technical expertise, training of technicians, quality control, and coordination with international clients to meet global standards and client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities  Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.  Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency.  Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.  Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery of products.  Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends.  Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team.  Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.  Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement.  Preparing and Implementing of new SOP's. Qualifications & Skills:  MDS in Prosthodontics.  Minimum 0–6 years of relevant experience  Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.  Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively.  Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.  Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
