Founder’s Note for This Role If you are someone who wants to structurally learn the entire design development lifecycle while specialising in rings as a product category — from strategy, to creation, to placement in the studio, and finally to post-launch analysis — this role will give you exactly that. In your first year, while executing high-volume design rollouts (~1000–3000 SKUs/month), you will gain ground-up exposure to every stage of product creation and deployment. As per your performance, you will then start participating in the strategic planning of design development for our next phase — a scale-up to 20 stores with flagship launches, unique annual concepts, and brand-defining design events. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the Jewellery Development Manager to support new product development research Define aesthetics (colors, metal tones, finishes) for visual merchandising of sample designs and place order for the designs Coordinate prototype orders, perform quality checks, and ensure on-time deployment to studios as per VM strategy Manage the full cycle — from concept to studio placement — for ~500–100 designs/month Who This Role is For Freshers or early professionals from: Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Design Diploma or Degree in Engineering BBA or MBA Location: Borivali Mumbai Role Type: Full-time at office
