Company: Leading Global IT Services OrganizationLocation: PAN India (Flexible across company locations)Experience: 8–11 YearsSalary: ₹20–25 LPAEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Process Mining Consultant who can design, implement, and scale high-impact process mining use cases. The role involves working closely with business and senior stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, develop insights using process mining tools, and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with process mining platforms (preferably Celonis) and a good understanding of enterprise business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement process mining solutions to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Collaborate with business and senior stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.Develop Celonis dashboards, analyses, and applications to enable process transparency and optimization.Analyze large datasets using SQL/PQL to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of process issues.Work with Object-Centric Data Models (OCDM) to build accurate process insights.Support value discovery workshops to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable process optimization and automation solutions.Key Requirements8–11 years of experience in process mining, data analytics, or related domains.Hands-on experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools.Strong knowledge of SQL/PQL and data analysis techniques.Understanding of business process domains such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supply Chain.Experience working with ETL processes and large datasets from multiple sources.Familiarity with Celonis features such as Action Flows, ML Workbench, and AI capabilities is an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Interested candidates can share their CV at:
