Job Title: Personal Assistant to MD Company: Percept Limited Location: MumbaiPercept Limited is looking for a smart, proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Executive SupportManage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.Regular updation of contact information of his contacts.2. Coordination & CommunicationSchedule internal and external meetings for the MD with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing notes.Take minutes of meetings and track follow-ups with relevant teams.Assist in coordinating the MD’s involvement in events, client meetings, and industry forums.Coordinate and ensure the distribution of passes to all the guests as per the approved list for our events.3. Administrative ManagementMaintain organized records, files, and documents.Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.Manage travel and hotel bookings, itineraries for domestic and international tours and submit the expense reports to the Accounts department on timely basis.4. Confidentiality & DiscretionHandle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.Maintain professionalism while dealing with internal and external stakeholders.5. Project & Task ManagementAssist the MD in tracking strategic projects and priorities.Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of confidentiality and integrityAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong coordination and follow-up skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.3–10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior leadership.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with senior executives or leadership teams.Experience in corporate, media, marketing, or event management environments.Personal AttributesHighly organized and detail-orientedProactive and solution-orientedProfessional demeanor and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and maintain discretionShould be open to travel if needed
