AI Builder About the RoleAt Pepper, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes AI, not just as a user, but as a builder and researcher. You'll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams on Atlas, helping us stay sharp on what's happening in AI, spinning up quick experiments, and getting your hands dirty across whatever needs doing.Atlas is Pepper's end-to-end platform for SEO, GEO, and content at scale. There's a lot being built, a lot moving fast, and we need someone who can keep up, contribute meaningfully, and bring fresh thinking to the table.This is a good fit if you're early in your career, have strong AI instincts, and want real exposure to how an AI-native product gets built. This is not a structured internship with a fixed project list. You'll need to figure things out, ask questions, and move quickly.What You'll DoResearch AI tools, models, and techniques relevant to our product roadmap and flag what's worth paying attention toSet up and run quick experiments or proof-of-concepts alongside engineering and product teamsHelp evaluate new AI capabilities, models, and third-party integrations before they go into the productSupport driving AI usage and workflows across teams, both internal and customer-facingDocument findings, share learnings, and help the team stay informed on what's changing in the AI landscapeDig into problems as they come up, this role will look different week to weekWhat We're Looking ForStrong technical foundation, comfortable with APIs, LLMs, and picking up new tools and frameworks fastGenuine curiosity about AI, you follow what's happening in the space, read the papers, experiment with large language models, and have opinions about what mattersProduct sensibility, you think about who's using something, why they would or wouldn't, and what would make it betterGood communicator, you can explain what you've found or built clearly to both technical and non-technical peopleScrappy and self-directed, you don't need a detailed brief to get started and you're not afraid to figure things out on the fly
