Job Description:

Percept Limited is looking for a smart, proactive and highly organised Personal Executive Assistant. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing documents. Regular updation of contact information of his contacts. 2. Coordination & Communication Schedule internal and external meetings for the MD with clients, external stakeholders and internal teams. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing notes. Take minutes of meetings and track follow-ups with relevant teams. Assist in coordinating the MD’s involvement in events, client meetings, and industry forums. Coordinate and ensure the distribution of passes to all the guests as per the approved list for our events. 3. Administrative Management Maintain organized records, files, and documents. Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence. Manage travel and hotel bookings, itineraries for domestic and international tours and submit the expense reports to the Accounts department on timely basis. 4. Confidentiality & Discretion Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. Maintain professionalism while dealing with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Project & Task Management Assist the MD in tracking strategic projects and priorities. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of confidentiality and integrity Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong coordination and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 5–10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to senior leadership. Preferred Experience Experience working with senior executives or leadership teams. Experience in corporate, media, marketing, or event management environments. Personal Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-oriented Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and maintain discretion Should be open to travel if needed
