The Packaging Manager will oversee packaging designs, coordinate production, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Core responsibilities include managing teams, optimising packaging processes, sourcing cost-effective materials, and collaborating with suppliers for timely deliveries. Additionally, the role requires driving innovation in packaging to meet both operational and marketing objectives while reducing waste.Qualifications10+ years of strong portfolio and experience in the beauty space or the FMCG industryStrong knowledge and experience in packaging design, materials, and machineryProficiency in vendor management, supply chain coordination, and cost optimisation for packaging solutionsProject management, time management, and organisational skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneouslyUnderstanding of quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance in the packaging industryStrong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teamsProblem-solving skills and attention to detail to develop practical and innovative packaging solutionsProficiency in using design tools or software for packaging design is an added advantageBachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered
