Dedicated to human resource development, we operate a DG Shipping-approved Maritime Training Institute and an advanced Azimuth Stern Drive Training Simulator.Role DescriptionThis is a contract, on-site Marine Technical Superintendent role, for India and Overseas assignment. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical operations and maintenance of vessels under our management. Key responsibilities include monitoring vessel performance, planning and coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and liaising with crew and other stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while addressing technical challenges proactively.QualificationsExpertise in Ship Management and Maritime operationsExperience in Vessel Inspection and compliance with safety and operational standardsStrong background in Marine Engineering and technical maintenancePractical experience in Sailing and onboard vessel operationsKnowledge of regulatory standards and certifications in the maritime industryBachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or a relevant field is an advantageExperience with tugs, dredgers, or offshore vessels is highly beneficial
