Zonal Manager- Annual Maintenance Contract (Commercial Vehicles)

Role:-Role-Lead AMC backend HO team and support regional AMC team to collaborate with field channels and customers to help them manage their Logistics Business smoothly without involving in day to day maintenance activities by offering optimum maintenance package on cost effective way. This effort is aimed at establishing as an industry leader and securing the leading market share.Main Accountabilities- A. Business & Processes: - * Manage new AMC business and system requirements, new AMC offerings and pricing & manage AMC activations. * Manage Renewal of AMC contracts at right cost to ensuring customer satisfaction & manage high value claims and PPRs. * Monitor AMC payments, reconciliation and AMC profitability & Manage application Audit & Monitor Top volume/revenue breeding workshops. B. People Excellence:- * Lead and mentor team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance targets and objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, resolve field complaints, and implement corrective measures for AMC related challenges. * AMC trainings to build capabilities in AMC Business. C. Market Intelligence: - * Collect and Share information on competitive service products offerings and initiatives.Preferred candidate profile Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with 10-15 Yrs. of experience preferably in AMC business of CV industries.Interested candidates may share their resume at sv11@
