Job Title : Director of Facilities ManagementReports to - APMEA SVP, Strategic Accounts & ServicesMain challenges – Describe the most difficult types of problems the jobholder has to face (internal or external to Sodexo) and/or the regulations, guidelines, practices that are to be adhered to.- Ensuring that Country leaders are actively involved and supportive of deployment initiatives - Set a clear vision and mobilize his Project team around the Program objectives and priorities - Coordinate multiple workstreams, with a clear vision on the co-dependence of tasks - Find trade-off when there are conflicting priorities among stakeholders - Handle resistance to change, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and ensure adoption of the new system - Anticipate and mitigate project risks, such as delays, budget overruns, and technical issues - Stay flexible and adapt to changes in project scope, stakeholders, or technology as needed - Anticipate and mitigate client-impacted risks and opportunities into the deployment roadmap - Managing changeovers and communicating with stakeholders to maintain clear visibility on expected outcomes. - Project including Regional Command Center, CMMS technology deployment.. Main activities – Indicate the main activities / duties to be conducted in the job.- Manage and own the project plan and budget - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. - Guarantee an end-to-end view on all processes of the work scope - Prepare and contribute to all business activities through all project phases and ensure quality insurance deliverables through project stage gates - Validate and execute the project change management and training strategy, according to Program guidelines and toolkit . - Analyzing deployment outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as required. - To work collaboratively, with global, region, country/segment stakeholders as well as technical services functional heads and build strong sustainable relationships in order to manage and drive change. - Ensure technology programs are embedded at country level and adopted across operations - Identify talent and SMEs in the region that can support and/or facilitate the deployment of cross-cutting development initiatives. - Collaborate with the BD team during bids, serving as the project ambassador, to effectively communicate the advantages and benefits of technology adoption to clients - Collaborate with Strategic Accounts and the countries to build the BAU resources and trainingAccountabilities – Give the 3 to 5 key outputs of the position vis-à-vis the organization; they should focus on end results, not duties or activities.- Successful completion of key programs (Time), respect of the budget allocated to the project (Cost), quality of the project (Scope) - Periodic reporting and communication - Resource managementPerson Specification – Indicate the skills, knowledge and experience that the job holder should require to conduct the role effectivelyHard skills- Experienced profile with at least 10 years of experience in a similar industry. - Good understanding of Global Engineering and Asset Management, Global Command center and CMMS - Knowledge of PM methodologies including project scheduling and monitoring, risk management, reporting skills (KPIs, flash reports) are a plus - Successful leadership experience with a strong network within Sodexo organization. - Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.Soft skills- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and guide business teams to meet project goals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders (CXOs, project cross-functional teams, etc.) - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope, stakeholders, and technologyNote : Only shortlisted profiles would be contacted .
