Lane, Near Ambedkar Hall, Four Bungalows, Andheri (W), Mumbai – 400 053.Email: shivomtdr@We are seeking a Construction Manager – Civil (Residential Projects) to lead two upcoming premium residential projects in Andheri (West), Mumbai.Job Title: Construction Manager – CivilReporting To: Director (via Construction Management Consultant)Job SummaryEnd-to-end responsible for execution, supervision, and delivery of two residential projects as per approved schedule, cost plan, and quality standards.Primary Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and timelines - Coordinate with architects, PMC, site engineers, contractors, and vendors - Conduct and lead progress review meetings - Interpret drawings, specifications, contracts - Approve contractor invoices post verification - Monitor schedule, costs, and site documentation - Lead quality checks and ensure compliance with safety protocols - Risk management and mitigation planning - Maintain necessary project documentation and reportingSecondary Responsibilities- Guide and mentor site staff - Assist in regulatory approvals coordination where required - Ensure compliance with project QA/QC procedures - Introduce continuous improvement practicesSkills & Competencies- Strong leadership & team management skills - Knowledge of civil & structural standards and allied MEP disciplines - Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD and MS OfficeExperience- 12–15+ years of relevant experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction - Minimum 3–5 years in a Construction Manager / Project Manager roleEducation- Full-time BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved instituteWork Conditions- Ability to manage on-site operations, contractor teams, and deadlines - Work schedule: Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM); flexibility required based on site needsLocationAndheri (West) – Four Bungalows, MumbaiCompensation- Competitive salary as per experience & qualification - Additional benefits as per company policyHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and cover letter to shivomtdr@, indicating relevant experience and project exposure.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
