The role involves maintaining accurate records of stock, managing data entry, and ensuring smooth inventory operations. Candidates with a background as an OT Pharmacist/Technician will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:● Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data in Excel and internal systems.● Monitor Stock: Track stock levels, requisitions, and consumption to avoid discrepancies or shortages.● Reporting & Audits: Support regular audits and prepare clear, timely inventory reports.● Team & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth stock flow and availability.● Issue Resolution: Identify, report, and resolve inventory mismatches or discrepancies promptly.
