We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Loaders / Pickers / Packers to join our warehouse operations team in Byculla. If you’re enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Job Responsibilities:Order Fulfilment (Pick & Pack):- Accurately pick items from inventory as per order sheets. - Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery to customers. - Verify picked items against the order list for accuracy. - Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets. - Operate handheld inventory tracking devices (training provided).️ Inventory Management:- Maintain and update daily stock records. - Monitor stock levels across warehouses and raise alerts for low inventory. - Assist in stock in-warding, tagging, and quality checks.Dispatch & Logistics:- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of online orders via Unicommerce. - Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries. - Handle B2C and occasional B2B dispatches, including tracking and returns.Data & Reporting:- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory movement, returns, and dispatches. - Ensure accuracy between physical stock and digital records. - Liaise with customer support for order-related queries. - Coordinate with vendors for the smooth flow of goods.Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Physical fitness to handle lifting, standing, and movement. - Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts if required.Benefits:- Competitive salary - Clear growth path and internal advancement opportunities - Comprehensive training on warehouse systems and safety - Supportive team environment with a strong work cultureJoin SIPL in Byculla and be part of a company committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
