We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to join our team and ensure smooth operations at our warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records at the warehouse. Regularly update stock data using MS Excel or Google Sheets . Monitor stock movement, receipts, and dispatches to ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams for stock requirements and replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and highlight discrepancies. Assist in optimizing storage space and improving inventory control processes. Ensure timely tagging, labeling, and organization of products in the warehouse. Requirements: Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock handling (fashion/apparel industry preferred). Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of women’s fashion products will be an added advantage.
