We are looking for a Senior Printing Technologist who can bring technical mastery and leadership to our offset and digital printing operations . If you have the expertise to run precision-driven machinery, ensure color accuracy, and maintain smooth production flow, this opportunity is for you What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end offset printing operations, from setup to finishing. Operate and maintain advanced printing presses (Heidelberg, Komori, or similar). Ensure quality through accurate ink, plate, and paper feed adjustments. Supervise daily workflows, coordinating with prepress and finishing teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical/machine issues, performing routine upkeep. Guarantee timely deliveries while maintaining top-notch quality standards. Maintain production records, optimize resources, and uphold safety protocols. What We’re Looking For: Diploma/Vocational qualification in Printing Technology (mandatory). 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in offset printing. Strong knowledge of press operations, troubleshooting, and machine upkeep. Expertise in color theory, layout, and paper handling with proficiency in Mellow & GMI color management systems . Familiarity with prepress workflows and finishing processes. Background in labeling/packaging printing preferred. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting. Why Join Us?
