First point of contact for Troubleshooting WiFi network related Incidents. Escort Field/Jio engineers during incident/Project Work. Ensure Periodic Wi-Fi Audits for Guest Rooms.Qualification and Work Experience Qualification: B.Sc. / BE /B Tech Work experience: 1-3 Years CCNA trained Preferred Excellent communications skill to handle premium users Promptness and Discipline Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
