Server Security Management:We are seeking a seasoned 810 years of technical experience in Server Security Compliance, The Server Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely closure of all operating system (OS) security vulnerabilities, managing compliance audits, and maintaining baseline configurations. The role involves overseeing Certificate Authority (CA) processes, VAPT closure, and ensuring the IT remains compliant with internal and external security standards. This role will oversee baseline compliance, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) tracking, audit readiness, implementing CSCRF initiatives, and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:OS Security Closure: Ensure Timely patches and updates promptly to mitigate risks.Audit Management: Coordinate and close findings from internal and external audits.Baseline Compliance: Maintain secure baseline configurations across servers.CA Management: Oversee Domains and certificate renewals and secure communication protocols.VAPT Closure: Ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities identified during penetration testing.OS and software upgradation.Shall ensure Application whitelisting and drive implementation.Obsolescence and EOL tracking and ensure timely upgradation.Shall be responsible to represent IT in Governance calls and security meetings.Compliance Assurance: Align with ISO, SEBI-CSCRF and organizational policies.Inventory management.Implement workflow for all schedule compliance activities and follow change management practices.Tracking of VAPT & CA across all the servers and ensure timely closure by co-ordination.Ensure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) adhere to corporate security baselines.Work with OOEM to address the critical and severity issues.Coordinate vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) activities across IT systems.Track findings, assign remediation owners, and ensure timely closure of vulnerabilities.Maintain dashboards and compliance scorecards for VAPT progress.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in IT or other relevant fields.Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux).Hands on experience in driving Patching, VAPT, Upgradations and life cycle management.Familiarity with compliance frameworks and Audit.Experience with handling IT audits.Experience - 6-10 yearsLocation: Mumbai
