Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Glocal Location: Andheri, MumbaiAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented restaurant manager to lead operations at Glocal, a vibrant space blending global cuisine with local flavors, high-energy nightlife, curated music, and experiential dining. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, nightlife trends, and delivering memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee complete outlet operations, ensuring seamless service during high-volume and peak nightlife hours• Lead and inspire a young, energetic team including service staff, bartenders, DJs coordination, and floor supervisors• Create a lively and engaging atmosphere aligned with the Glocal brand identity• Ensure exceptional guest engagement, table interaction, and personalized service• Drive revenue through innovative promotions, theme nights, live events, and beverage upselling• Monitor bar operations closely, including cocktail quality, speed of service, and beverage cost control• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance (especially for bar operations and late-night service)• Handle VIP guests, reservations, and special events with a high level of professionalism• Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination for both food and bar• Analyze daily sales, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are metKey Requirements:• 4–8 years of experience in pubs, bars, or high-energy casual dining concepts• Strong exposure to nightlife operations, live entertainment, and event-driven business• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams in fast-paced environments• Excellent communication, guest handling, and conflict resolution skills• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service standards• Ability to work late hours, weekends, and peak business days• Strong business acumen with focus on sales growth and cost efficiencyPreferred Skills:• Experience managing DJ nights, themed events, or entertainment calendars• Strong network within the hospitality/nightlife industry• Upselling and revenue maximization strategies• Understanding of social media-driven promotions and guest engagementWhat We Offer:• Opportunity to lead a flagship Glocal outlet• Fast-paced, energetic, and creative work environment• Strong career growth within a reputed F&B group• Performance-based incentives and recognition
