Role Description We are seeking a full-time Human Resource Manager specializing in the Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry to join our team on-site in Mumbai. The Human Resource Manager will manage HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and development, as well as ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining positive workplace culture, resolving employee relations issues, implementing HR policies, and collaborating with management to align HR practices with organizational goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and complianceExperience in team management, performance evaluation, and fostering employee engagementUnderstanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality sectorsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with HR software, tools, and employee database management systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the Food and Beverage or Hospitality industryCertifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
