Roles & Responsibilities:Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per client requirements Plan menus based on seasonal ingredients and dietary preferences Create customized, nutritionally balanced meal plans Demonstrate strong culinary expertise in cooking techniques, meal prep, and plating Maintain kitchen organization, hygiene, and stock control Work seamlessly with household staff and other team members Deliver high-quality private dining experiences Ensure excellent presentation and attention to detail Maintain a polished, service-oriented approach at all times Candidate Requirements:3 to 7 years of experience as a Private Chef / Personal Chef Prior experience working with or assisting celebrity chefs preferred Strong knowledge of nutrition-based cooking and healthy meal planning Expertise in multi-cuisine food preparation Ability to create exceptional dining experiences for private events High standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel as required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certification from a recognized culinary institute is an added advantage Experience in luxury or private dining setups highly desirable Must maintain discretion, professionalism, and respect for client privacy Must be based in or within commuting distance of Mumbai Candidates with experience in five-star hotels or working with celebrity chefs, along with strong multi-cuisine expertise, will be preferred.
