Job description:You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the department in line with a la mode banquets' Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Assume the role of liaison between all banquet operations and culinary staffSupervise the preparation and cooking of various food items specializing in continental dishesDevelop and implement creative menu items within the banquet conceptPlan, coordinate & implement special events and functionsAchieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction resultsMonitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality and consistency on a daily basis.Qualifications:In-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations, and specialized in preparing continental dishesPossess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skillsCulinary education and/or on-the-job training, hospitality experience is preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.Salary - 35,000 to -40,000
