The R&D Chef will be responsible for creating, developing, and testing new food products and recipes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on ingredients and food trends, analyzing recipes, and ensuring the quality of new product developments. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary and production teams and documenting processes and findings systematically.QualificationsStrong Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills to develop innovative recipes and productsProficiency in Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills for testing, quality control, and refining recipesExcellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processesProven culinary expertise with a creative approach to food preparation and product developmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsBachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is preferredExperience in the food production, hospitality, or R&D industry is an advantage
