Job Description:Fairfest Media, the organizer of OTM, TTF and BLTM is an established leader in travel trade shows in India, serving governments and businesses from over 100 countries.Fairfest’s flagship travel event is OTM, which is well-recognised as Asia’s leading travel show.Internship Details:● Position: Event Operations Intern● Location: Andheri East, Mumbai● Duration: 3 months● Start Date: December 2025● Stipend: ₹12,000 per month + ₹4,000 Variable pay based on performance● Number of Positions: 4Roles & Responsibilities:● Assist in the planning, execution, and management of trade shows, exhibitions, andcorporate events.● Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamlessevent operations.● Support operational and logistical arrangements, including venue setup, transportation,and on-site requirements.● Ensure smooth on-ground management during events, addressing any challengespromptly.● Manage vendor relations, exhibitor coordination, and timely delivery of services.● Assist in preparing event-related materials, presentations, and documentation.● Support post-event activities such as feedback collection, reporting, and analysis toimprove future events.Selection Process:● Resume shortlisting● Interview round (online/onsite as convenient)Additional Information:● Certificate of Internship will be provided● Exposure to large-scale trade shows and networking opportunities● Potential for learning about operations in event management and B2B exhibitions
