Role: Concierge ConsultantAs a Concierge Consultant at Aspire Lifestyles, you will be the face of luxury service, assisting High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) with their exclusive requests.Your Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls and requests from HNI clients with professionalism and empathy - Provide concierge services, including: - Flight, hotel, and concert bookings - Restaurant reservations, event & experience coordination - Travel planning and lifestyle arrangements - Deliver seamless, high-touch experiences aligned with Aspire’s global standards of excellenceWhat We’re Looking For:- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A calm, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset - Experience in hospitality, travel, or customer experience preferredShift Timings:- It's a 24*7 shift with two rotational week offs, UK shift will be the last shift. - For women, only morning shift will be available (7AM - 10AM).Apply through:
