Food Server

Company Description We are hiring captains and food servers for Bokka Cafe. A speciality coffee shop and cafe based in bandra and soon expanding to various locations in mumbai. Interested candidates with prior experience of minimum 2 years are to apply for the position. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server located in Bandra west. The Food Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean dining area. They will greet customers, provide menu recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Additional tasks may include assisting with food preparation and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Basic Cooking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
