We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team and elevate our cocktail experience. Key Responsibilities * Craft and serve innovative, well-balanced cocktails and beverages. * Curate and update the bar menu in line with current trends and Escobar’s brand identity. * Maintain bar standards with precision, creativity, and attention to detail. * Manage inventory, bar mise en place, and cleanliness. * Interact with guests to enhance their overall experience. * Train and guide the bar team to uphold service excellence. Candidate Profile * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-end bars, lounges, or fine dining venues. * Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques. * Creative approach to cocktail development and presentation. * Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. * Professional grooming and a passion for the craft.
