This global presence underscores our commitment to the timely delivery of our products and services to customers across the markets we serve.About the role:This role involves providing L1/L2 application and infrastructure support by monitoring systems, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Ideal for engineering or computer science graduates who prefer non-coding technical roles, it requires strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. The role includes working with tools like SolarWinds and New Relic and databases (Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL) while collaborating across teams to maintain system stability and performance. Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts is expected.What you will do:Minimum 4 years of experience in the e-commerce/telecom/enterprise IT/banking industryMonitor schedules (infra & application) via mail or via system like SolarWinds, New Relic, etc.Once is received on basis of criticality, connect with right teams over email or chatFollow up with teams through the while they are getting fixedCommunicate to stakeholders until issue is fixedOptimize the s on continuous basis to avoid unwanted and unnecessary sMaintaining and updating technical documentation and SOPsAttention to detail, a proactive approach while working on sComplete ownership of L1 and L2 supportUnderstanding the functioning of the system.Collaborating with other verticals.To check/analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements.Monitor process and software changes that impact production supportExperience in providing L2-level support to customers (medium to large).Exposure to AI/AI Ops concepts for monitoring, ing, or process Optimization is preferred.Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, problem, and Change Management)Experience in analysis of application logs for errors and corrections.Understanding and exposure to DB (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL) will be an added advantage.Knowledge of Python and Selenium tools for automation will be added to the advantage.What will make your candidacy great:Basic understanding of operating systemsBasic understanding of server, client, network, storage & backupBasic to intermediate knowledge of automation scripting(Shell/Python or similar)Basic understanding of monitoring tools and knowledge in relationaldatabase, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++Basic knowledge of HTML and website development will be an addedadvantageFamiliarity with Agile/Jira/Scrums is good to haveInterpersonal skills for role:Good verbal & written communication in EnglishWilling to work in night and weekend shiftsAbility to work under pressure and should be a team playerGood grasping, Willing to work in support, right attitude toward workBachelor's degree in engineering/computer science with technical understanding and experience.MCA in IT or ComputersBTech or BE or MTech from non-IT & computer streamBTech or BE or MTech IT or computers but do not want to get in coding and testing of ITWhy You'll Love Working Here:Being at Cimpress means that you don't see work as just a building, a desk, or a manufacturing floor.
