Attend FATs along with Customer & ensure all the points are cleared before the dispatch Ensure on-time (as per schedule) travel to site for Installation of Machinery Facilitate meeting with customer on-site for understanding scope of work Facilitate shifting and de-boxing of Machinery Coordinate with customer for proper arrangement of installation activity Coordinate & Follow up with other Departments for short fall material, if any. Coordinate with Design, QA team for design or documents related issue Coordinate with customer before & post the scheduled visit Ensure on-time submission of Daily Site-Visit Report to reporting manager Ensure on-time submission of Weekly Report to reporting manager Ensure on-time submission of Monthly report to reporting manager Timely discussion with Supervisor / HOD on site-visit status
