The role focuses on managing DD & GFC documentation, ensuring seamless stakeholder coordination, and driving quality and timely delivery of construction drawings.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee Design Development (DD) and GFC drawing preparationManage drawing coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP teamsAct as a central point for stakeholder coordination (clients, consultants, contractors)Ensure all drawings meet quality standards, project timelines, and compliance requirementsReview and resolve design discrepancies and coordination issuesGuide and mentor the architectural team for efficient project deliveryMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with design intentConduct regular coordination meetings and provide technical inputsKey Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture10–15 years of experience in architectural design & executionStrong expertise in DD & GFC drawings and coordinationProven experience in managing teams and stakeholdersProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related toolsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Profile:Experience in large-scale residential/commercial projectsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with strong execution focus
