Security Architect (Greenfield Banking Project) – Remote | ContractWe’re building a next-generation digital banking platform from the ground up—and looking for a Security Architect to lead the charge in designing a world-class, secure-by-design ecosystem.This is a greenfield opportunity where you’ll shape the entire security architecture, strategy, and team from day one.Role Details:Setup: RemoteInitial Contract: 6 months (high likelihood of extension)Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9AM–6PM (GMT+2)What You’ll Be Doing:Lead and build a high-performing team of security & solution architects, driving a strong security-first cultureTranslate complex technical risks into clear, actionable design reports for stakeholdersConduct proactive threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE) across core banking systems, APIs, and infrastructureDesign and implement a Zero Trust security architecture for high-volume financial systemsEnsure compliance with central bank regulations and licensing requirements, acting as the technical authorityWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Security Architect within banking, fintech, or highly regulated environmentsStrong background in enterprise security architecture, threat modeling, and Zero Trust frameworksExperience working on greenfield or large-scale transformation programsAbility to engage both technical and business stakeholdersIf you’re someone who wants to build from scratch, lead, and make a real impact, this is the role for you.
