Responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting machinery issues, and delivering exceptional customer service in line with company standards. The role also entails conducting field visits to install, service, and maintain packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer concerns is also a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer SupportProficiency in Field Service and Technical SupportHands-on experience in Troubleshooting technical issues with machineryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectivelyAbility to work efficiently on-site and travel as needed for field service visitsEngineering degree or equivalent technical qualifications preferredPrior experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery or similar industries is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
