Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer specializing in RCC Buildings, based in Mumbai. The role involves conducting structural analysis, creating efficient and code-compliant designs for various RCC building projects, and using software tools such as AutoCAD to generate accurate blueprints. The engineer will collaborate closely with senior engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure the technical soundness and cost-effectiveness of designs, while adhering to project timelines and specifications. Effective communication and problem-solving are essential for managing structural challenges and delivering high-quality results. Qualifications Strong expertise in Structural Analysis and Structural EngineeringProficiency in Civil Engineering concepts and practicesExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and AutoCADAbility to design structures in compliance with relevant IS codes and safety standardsProblem-solving skills to address complex structural challenges with innovative solutionsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil EngineeringFamiliarity with software tools like ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD is an added advantagePrevious experience in designing RCC structures, particularly for high-rise or large-scale projects, is preferred
