The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.ResponsibilitiesAssist with on-site management to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesResponsible for tender and submittal processProcesses owner billings and project related accounting issues BOQPeriodic site supervision and coordinationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience3 - 5 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project managerStrong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standardsGood communication skills verbal and writtenSketch up D5 Photoshop knowledge will be added advantageSalary Upto Rs. 50,000/- based on qualification and experienceCandidates should be Mumbai based only
